I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Amsterdam Nieuw West; the room is available from 1st July. You will be living with 3 other girls, 25+. It can either be rented as a short-term sub-let (length to be agreed) whilst I find a long-term replacement, or you can take over the contract completely. Details: Room comes furnished with double bed and mattress, desk, wardrobe, shelves and balcony. Spacious living room and TV. Modern shared kitchen and bathroom with 3 other females, fully furnished with kitchen utensils. Rent: €1100/month incl. utilities from 1st July (move in date can be flexible). Comes with a weekly cleaner Registration possible if taking over the contract. 1 min walk to supermarkets and shopping centre, short bus ride or walk to Sloterdijk station, 20 min-min walk to Burg. de Vlugtlaan metro station, 5-min walk to tram line 7.
