Kitchen has all equipment's included. You have all you need to live in the house. You only need to bring your cloths and personal staff. Quite location and house to sleep as we are keeping quite between 10 pm and 7am. This is very important for us. Price is all inclusive: electric + gas + water + fiber glass fast wireless internet + local taxes + using washing machine. Quite and clean place to live. It is new house and has good isolation and heating system. 500 eur deposit is required. One month notice period is required in case of leaving.
