This is a tidy and respectful home, not a typical student house, and we would like to keep it that way. We are looking for a friendly, clean, and responsible student who appreciates a comfortable and well-kept living environment. Someone who values mutual respect, cleanliness, and consideration for others. We enjoy having an occasional chat around the dinner table or doing something together from time to time, but there is absolutely no obligation.
